These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 4minAI ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 4minai.com, our mobile applications, and all related services, content, features, tools, and functionality (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must immediately discontinue all access.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 16 years old; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation; (d) you will not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose; and (e) all information you provide to us is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to: (a) create a strong, unique password; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) not use another person's account without express permission; and (d) immediately notify us at security@4minai.com of any unauthorised access or security breach. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, non-payment, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4minAI is an online educational platform that provides AI skills training through structured courses, daily lessons, interactive exercises, challenges, and related learning tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, audio, video, animations, data compilations, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and the overall "look and feel" of the Service (collectively, "Company Content"), is owned by, licensed to, or controlled by 4minAI and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. You are granted no right, title, or interest in or to any Company Content except as expressly set forth herein.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any Company Content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Service; (c) use any data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar automated data gathering tools on the Service; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or legend on the Service; or (e) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
By submitting, posting, or uploading any content to the Service ("User Content"), you grant 4minAI a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from your User Content, in whole or in part, in any format, medium, or channel now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

By purchasing a subscription or making any payment, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and billing policies as described on the Service and in our Subscription Terms. All payments are processed through our authorised third-party payment processor(s). You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. All fees are quoted and charged in the currency specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with effect for future billing periods.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 4MINAI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, AND COMPATIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 4MINAI, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (C) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100). THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR: (A) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE; (B) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION; OR (C) ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4minAI, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (d) any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service; or (e) your negligent or wrongful conduct. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction, including any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@4minai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least sixty (60) days. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as described above.
We reserve the right to revise, amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means (such as email). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and terminate your account.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4minAI regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by 4minAI in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without your consent.
4minAI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, embargoes, pandemics, epidemics, labour disputes, fire, flood, earthquakes, power failures, Internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and any other event beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and 4minAI and do not confer any rights or remedies upon any third party, except as expressly provided herein.
